The China-Europe Railway Express refers to the container international railway freight train that runs between China and Europe and countries along the Belt and Road, according to the conditions of fixed train number and route.
 
At present, three channels of the west, middle and east are laid out: the western channel exits from the central and western parts of China via Alashankou (Khorgos), the central channel exits from the North of China via Erenhot, and the eastern channel exits from the southeast coastal areas of China via Manzhouli (Suifenhe).
 
By May 2017, relying on the new Eurasian Land Bridge and the Siberian Land Bridge, three China-Europe railway transport corridors have been formed in the west, central and east. China Railway has laid out 51 China-Europe freight train routes, which have reached 28 domestic cities and 29 cities in 11 European countries.
